Boarding Amenities
The property has an outdoor arena, indoor arena, ~25 acres of trails, pond, and round pen. Our 10 stall Mennonite-built cinder block barn is equipped with a wash rack, tacking area, feed room, tack room, and revolving water/hay feeders in each stall. Our second newly built barn features 8 wooden stalls and a feed/tack room.

Background
Sundown Stables started with a girl, a dream and her horse "Sundown." The business started as a hobby for founder, Sydney. She taught lessons and boarded two horses on her grandmother's land after receiving her Bachelor's in Animal Science at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. After purchasing her own home and getting married, 5 acres and a veterinary job in Nashville was not enough for this dream to become a reality. Fast forward 2 years, with the help of her parents (Jennifer and Jonathon) and husband (Ian) - Sundown Stables was transported from Middle TN to 68 acres of beautiful Kentucky farmland. Now we specialize in catering to each horseman/woman and their horse's specific needs.
